Large closure opening for easy, mess-free salt addition. The inlet high-flow shut-off control valve provides easy connection of the inlet hose. Engineered to allow high flow rates with very low pressure drop. Includes a back-flush adapter for quick-reverse connection when required. All of our units will include a white, four foot drinking water hose. The inlet shut-off valve allows adjustment for a very slow rinse to improve water quality. Regenerates with 2 boxes of common table salt in under 30 minutes, providing up to 1,600 gallons of soft water (up to 30 days). Softened water helps prevent rust stains, avoid scale build-up, and expand the lifespan of appliances. Okay for drinking and great for cleaning: increases lathering of soaps and improves rough/dry skin, and odor. Hardness test strips for testing water softness and quality are included.
